S. Mounu Riddell brings readers a heartwarming poetry collection inspired by her longtime muse, companion, and teacher, "The Pink Dog." Pink Poetry from Somewhere Over the Rainbow Bridge honors a loyal friend, who, according to the author, even after her passing, has continued to be a source of love and inspiration. The book opens with a beautiful poem titled "A Bright Light Life," where The Pink Dog sends her love, light, and joy to the author from the other side. The Pink Dog discovers a new type of freedom in her alternate reality and is happy to make her presence felt to the author through her messages and poems in "The Death and Dying Thing." In "Aching," the author longs for her dear companion and strives to cherish her in her heart forever.

Pink Poetry from Somewhere Over the Rainbow Bridge is a heartfelt poetry collection dedicated to one of humans' best friends. Although the poems in this collection are deeply personal, the emotions S. Mounu Riddell's poetry conveys and the feelings they evoke will resonate with all pet owners and animal lovers out there. Every verse has layers of depth and tugs at your heartstrings in a different way. It's important to realize that even when we lose a beloved animal companion, their memories and touch remain with us for the rest of our lives. This collection encapsulates that and more. The author emphasizes The Pink Dog as a co-author who massively influenced her writing. I cannot think of a more wholesome tribute for a loyal friend than a poetry collection like this. Highly recommended!
