The Million Dollar Therapist follows the life of Carol Lindsay beginning with her birth. Carol is naïve yet extremely intelligent. Her parents doted on her. Yet when it came to romance, she was not wise. She was their only child and they loved her dearly. She was raised on the family farm. While she was extremely intelligent she made some bad decisions. Her powerful, wealthy husband divorced her and left her to raise their son on her own. A client propositions her money seems too good to say no. Then the IRS comes knocking she knows she’s in trouble and flees the states.

The Million Dollar Therapist is a quick, easy read. The characters draw you in and hold your attention. K. Lynch has a talent for developing characters. His plot combines, drama, suspense, and romance for an entertaining read. There are enough twists and turns in this book to make you think of a pretzel. The description of Berneau made me want to visit. I hope this novel has a sequel. I want to know more. What will Carol do next? I eagerly await K. Lynch’s next novel.
