Breathing Love: Meditation in Action by Jennie Lee is a profound and thought-provoking book that provides a fresh look at what love is and what it takes to live beyond the daily trials of love, personal motive, and desires. Love resides in everybody and it has to be tapped properly and put into action, which many people do not know how to do. The action plan in the book will guide readers to love in spite of all the difficulties that life throws at them. Connecting to the energy of love inside us is the greatest solution to problems, where healing happens and relationship equations get transformed. Love heals, evolves, and unites human beings and the book focuses on love, meditation, and the spirit of oneness.

The author offers good insights, many of them based on her personal experiences and challenging moments. Her tools will help to break through the pain, pride, and fear that has caused pain and alienation. The first part of the book speaks about the concept of true love and the second part is about gaining a deeper experience of the love that is within. This book is a good inspiration to breathe love at every step in life, no matter how life turns out to be.
