Doc Green and The Mind Monsters is a children’s educational picture book written by Tyson Green with illustrations by Anastasiya Provozina. It follows Doctor Green, a specialist who will help you understand the monsters in your head. The doc roams around in a brain and meets various monsters who represent mental conditions that people find difficult to control. Her candid advice helps monsters like Depression and Anxiety to find happiness and confidence. She also meets a special kind of monster called Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), which zooms around the brain. Doctor Green helps him think positively about himself, and this calms him down and makes him feel empowered. Grab a copy of this book and join Doctor Green as she helps the Mind Monsters.

I enjoyed reading Doc Green and The Mind Monsters because it was entertaining and informative. The book raises awareness about mental conditions and gives helpful advice on how to control them. Tyson Green has done an outstanding job of presenting these lessons in a way that children will understand and relate to. His use of a cheerful conversational tone is perfect for kids. Children’s minds are delicate because any trauma, suppression, or imbalances can affect their mental development. Encouraging children to share their feelings can help you understand them and take the right course of action. The book contains beautiful illustrations that perfectly correspond with the story. The monsters are creative, and their features align with their names. I loved the consistent brain theme because it makes the book look unique and memorable. I highly recommend adding this book to your children’s book collection. It will help them understand what they feel and encourage them to share their emotions.
