Entangled: The Ally Kendall Series, Volume 2 is a mystery/thriller written by Mark Dossey. When three contract demolition men launched the rockets that would totally demolish Prestige Pharmaceuticals' Headquarters in Zurich, their actions would launch an international inquiry into the person or persons behind the attacks. Marcel Tiburon, one of the three assailants, survived the attack and was willing to cooperate with the authorities in exchange for his freedom. As he had not actually aimed his rocket at the building and could not be charged with the murder of the one security guard who had been inside the building, a deal was struck that would ultimately punish the man whom the authorities were convinced was behind the attack. Ally Kendall, Integra's Director of Marketing, was more than professionally concerned about the destruction of that building. Integra, the US company that was instrumental in developing a potent cancer cure, had been bought out by Prestige, a Swiss pharmaceutical company, and she was in many ways a liaison between the US company and Prestige. She had also been in love with Stephan Egbert, the owner of Prestige Pharma, since his father had died.

Mark Dossey's murder mystery novel, Entangled: The Ally Kendall Series, Volume 2, is a thrilling and fast-paced story that rewards the reader willing to follow the entangled webs that make up the plot of this tale. While this is the second book in The Ally Kendall Series, Dossey includes enough background information to allow the reader to enjoy this on its own; however, I would advise beginning with the first book in the series, XC 97. There's really quite a lot to this story, and I'm planning on going back and reading that first book to better appreciate the development of the characters and the intricate story. Dossey's characters are authentic and believable, and his plot is first-rate. Entangled: The Ally Kendall Series, Volume 2 is highly recommended.
