Grace is a woman who has worked hard throughout her life, but things haven’t been easy, and lately she’s barely been able to keep herself together. When things start to fall apart, she doesn’t know what she’s going to do or who to turn to. The people she thought she could trust are disappearing one way or another and when she’s accused of not one but two (and later three) murders, she must risk everything she holds dear to clear her name. But men like Nader and Harvey are determined to do whatever they can to put all the blame on her so they can continue their evil plan. Flight Risks by Douglas Schofield is a book that will intrigue and amaze you.
When the worst possible events happen in our lives, we all hope that we could react in the best way possible. Grace manages to get so much done and she is very good at overcoming the terrible things that are happening to her. She gets frustrated over the problems in her life, but at the same time she managed to do so much anyway. I was interested in the adventure and the crazy plots. I was also amazed by characters like Annette and Myles who did so much to help Grace make her way and survive. Flight Risks is the type of book that you really don’t want to end. You just want the story to continue, and it certainly had plenty of action, twists and turns right to the end. Overall, a really great read.
