Author Biography

Catherine (Cathi) Stack is owner, facilitator and Doctor of Naturopathy at Journey II Health, LLC in Niagara Falls, established in 2007.  She has been employed at Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital as a Certified Nurse Midwife for 15+ years and is a registered nurse for over 26 years.

Cathi sees approximately 75 patients per month in her office setting, where her specialties include individualized nutrition, colon hydrotherapy (colonics), digestive health and bio-identical hormone replacement for women.

Cathi currently writes for a variety of publications, which include the Niagara Gazette, Light Bridges Magazine, Western New York Health, and Elevated Existence Magazine. Along with that, she is a frequent participant in public speaking events ranging from hospital to holistic settings.

Free Yourself from a CONSTIPATED Life is Cathi’s first book project to date. It is an accumulation of years of experience in the healing arts profession. Cathi works well between the realm of holistic and traditional medicine.

Cathi has been happily married to Patrick Stack since 1987. They have two children, Josh and Samantha, and currently reside in Youngstown, New York. Cathi's hobbies include painting, stand-up paddle boarding, reading and travel. One of her favorite destinations is the Turks and Caicos Islands.

Did you know that over 63 million people suffer from chronic constipation? Are you one of those people? Well, this book is for you. It is loaded with all of the information you will ever need about your colon, constipation and all that is involved. Catherine Stack knows just what she is talking about in this book because she works with constipated people on a daily basis. And in this book, she gives readers the tools that she uses every day with her patients. Whether it be some type of treatment, remedy, supplement, or whatever the case may be, you will find it in this book, "Free Yourself From a Constipated Life".

This is not a subject that we want to talk about, but we all know it is something that we all, at some time or another, have struggled with. Catherine Stack has seen this problem so much in her many years of working in the medical field that she wants to help people suffering from constipation by writing this very valuable, informative book. She writes from her everyday experiences, and even describes in detail what she uses for her patients. You will also hear from many of her patients who have struggled with constipation, and how they are feeling today after being treated by Catherine Stack.
