Habits For Nurses: An Injection Of Simplicity In A Stat World is a work of non-fiction in the guidebook and advice sub-genres and was penned by author Beau Salts, RN B.S. Written as the first book in the Nurse Success Series, this concise but highly informative volume explains specific advice and self-help guidance for nurses who work long hours in difficult and unusual conditions compared to most workplaces. Written by a registered nurse who is also a learned voice in psychology, the work seeks to offer practical life advice for mental strength and energy to face the workday and tips and tricks for working life to ease pressures and save time.
Author Beau Salts, RN B.S. offers a wealth of experience from a practical and empathetic perspective in this excellent volume of advice and guidance. The psychological touches of the narrative really home in on the central concept of habit formation towards future success, and such expertise is also delivered in small, simple chunks that can be implemented without too much strain. The author voice is both charismatic and kind to the reader, offering understanding and an empowering mindset that offers real results. I also found the organization of the different chapters and strategies to be really useful, easy to cross-reference, and a resource that builds from an emotive understanding of individual problems to an effective solution that helps these important workers to battle their daily challenges. Overall, I would highly recommend Habits For Nurses: An Injection Of Simplicity In A Stat World as a highly informative and helpful read.
