Let Love Rule is the third book in the Where You'll Land contemporary romance series by award-winning author Jacqueline Simon Gunn, a story that reads well as a standalone novel. The genuinely flawed characters instantly won my sympathy and I became interested in seeing what happens to them. Will Easton is instantly attracted to Rachel Dale the moment he meets her. And while he has trust issues, he still feels responsible for his girlfriend who has always been there for her. Rachel has been in a marriage with a cheating husband and she is ready to sever ties with him. It is a situation that can be described as complicated. Can these two characters untangle themselves from the complication and pursue what they feel for each other?

Jacqueline Simon Gunn pulled me in with her beautiful writing and meticulous attention to character development. The characters are flawed and human in every way possible. Will is someone who still suffers from hurts in his past and his current relationship is not ideal. Rachel has trust issues, thanks to a husband who has repeatedly cheated on her. When we encounter these characters, we want to see how they evolve when it comes to trusting others and their instincts and the author works well with the reader in this light, making their reading experience a suspenseful and enjoyable one. Let Love Rule is a perfect read for anyone looking for an emotive and engaging story. It is rich in plot elements, evocative in style, and utterly immersive. It swept me away.

Let Love Rule is the third book in the Where You'll Land series by Jacqueline Simon Gunn, a well-written story for fans of contemporary romance. If you adore strong conflict, emotionally complex characters, and a twisty plot, then this is your perfect treat. Meet Will Easton and Rachel Dale, two emotionally broken characters with lives that are entangled and where they don’t feel they fully belong. He struggles with trust and past hurts and still feels that he needs to be loyal to his on/off girlfriend who has always stood by him when he meets Rachel. Rachel is still married to a man who cheats on her. While she is severing ties with her cheating husband, she is not ready to be just “the other woman.” Rachel and Will are people with trust issues. Do they have the courage to forget their past relationships and hurts and open a new page of love and adventure?

This is a wonderful story from an award-winning author, Jacqueline Simon Gunn; a romance filled with realism that explores the complex issues readers encounter in their own romantic lives. This is not your typical romance as the author ensures that solid obstacles are put in the way of the characters, challenging them to grow and to face their vulnerable personalities while formulating a strong answer to their emotions. The realism is skillfully woven into this exceptional romantic offering. The humanity of the characters is brilliantly written, from the moment we meet Will struggling with memories of his past and visiting his hometown while trying to reconnect with his sense of trust, to the moment they meet each other and throughout the narrative. Let Love Rule is well-paced, a novel that is simply a page-turner.

Let Love Rule is a work of fiction in the women’s fiction sub-genre and serves as the third book in the Where You’ll Land series. It is suitable for mature readers owing to the presence of sexual content and explicit language and was penned by author Jacqueline Simon Gunn. The story follows Will Easton, a man returning to his hometown to start again but feeling bound to his intermittent partner, and Rachel Dale, a woman separated from her disloyal husband and learning how to trust again. The two of them feel a strong attraction, but between obligations, old traumas, and a need to rediscover themselves, will they be able to be together?

Let Love Rule is an emotionally satisfying contemporary romance novel. One of the things that I particularly enjoyed about this novel was the author's vivid and cinematic writing style, which helped create atmosphere and made both the world and characters easy to envision. Rachel and Will, the protagonists of the story, have an undeniable chemistry that made me invest in the characters and their relationship immediately. I enjoyed their nuanced relationship that had highs, lows, and a lot of intimate moments helping it feel all the more real. Author Jacqueline Simon Gunn crafts an engaging and involved plot full of twists and turns that will make you find it hard to put the book down. I felt the author did a masterful job of creating a plot that was interesting, romantic, and dramatic. Overall, I would not hesitate to recommend Let Love Rule to fans of contemporary romance novels, and those who enjoy a romance with a message to tell.
