Chantel Hobbs brings her experience to her latest book, The Never Say Diet: Personal Fitness Trainer. This is a companion book to Never Say Diet. The Never Say Diet: Personal Fitness Trainer is similar to a journal. There is a place to record your measurements, what you eat, and exercises.  There are questions to help you along your journey to a healthier lifestyle. She includes scripture to encourage the reader. As one who constantly struggles with their weight, I am impressed with this book.

Hobbs stresses the need to change the way you think.  Stop making excuses.  Scripture, quotes and emotional support coupled with good nutrition, exercise and seeking God’s plan for your life will assist you in successful weight loss.

This 16 week Personal Fitness Trainer journal is a great companion to the Never Say Diet book. Although the journal isn't necessary, it certainly would be helpful in tracking your progress and provides additional inspiration to stick with it.

This is a great book and should be purchased along with The Never Say Diet by Chantel Hobbs.
