The author's personal experiences, musings and reflections will help readers get closer to God and understand their real relationship with Him. It is easy to follow the tips and techniques shared by the author and she stresses being more compassionate when it comes to handling the feelings and emotional problems of others. And what makes her tips and advice relatable, accurate and authentic is that they are derived from her personal experiences.

The author's difficulty in getting rid of her depression and how she works her way out of it is indeed useful to readers and also inspirational. The tips to put into practice are again very insightful and helpful and guide readers towards achieving a peaceful existence.
