Wilson Kincaid's The Murder Algorithm is set in the foreseeable future, where people's lives are streamed onto social media platforms nonstop, all thanks to tech giant StarSee corporations. The Los Angeles-based protagonist, Roman Glass, is a skilled IT tech accused of murdering a well-known celebrity, Starla Devine, when a broadcast of her mystifying murder airs on social media. Roman is determined to prove his innocence to online viewers and the police. Unfortunately, this daunting task is anything but easy since the whole world has allegedly witnessed his crime. Rae Dettmer, a Social Media Investigator, is fast on the case. She actually believes Roman is innocent. When she smells a cover-up somewhere, her attention turns to StarSee Corp. Can Dettmer and Roman successfully crack the case and seek justice for the victim in a sweeping move?

The Murder Algorithm is a fast-paced sci-fi thriller that will keep you on the edge of your seat all the way through. Wilson Kincaid artfully combines hard-core sci-fi with an entrancing murder mystery, making this a fascinating and unpredictable read.
