Cash's school life was no different, and she often faced ostracism from her peers and teachers. It was evident to everyone that she differed from her family members, who all had a darker complexion. This realization compelled her to confront her family's secrets and discover her full heritage. Even in adulthood, after starting a family of her own, Cash's relentless journey to reconcile with her identity encouraged her to shape her own destiny.
