Two Bodies One Soul is a supernatural fantasy novel written by Alannah King. Tristen and Luke are twin brothers and vampires with the minds of grown young men trapped in the bodies of little boys. They take the news of their induction ceremony into the Maverick clan, a powerful vampire coven headed by clan master Jak, with trepidation. Due to the stunted growth of their bodies, they are considered anomalies, forced to spend their lives inside the Maverick estate. However, when Jak's sister convinces him to take the brothers on a trip to the local town, Tristen sets off on his own and meets a mysterious vampire named Vincent Summerset, who greets him as his master. Meanwhile, Jak's brother Maliki persuades his lover to manipulate a group of rogue vampires into attacking the induction ceremony.

Two Bodies One Soul feels like one of the most unique and authentic books to have come out in the supernatural vampire/werewolf genre in recent years. Author Allanah King delves into the world of vampires with a fresh premise that seems unlike any other vampire novel. The characters are vibrant, with distinct traits that make them compelling and thoroughly engaging to read. Each character feels well-developed, having layers beneath their outer shells. Despite being twins, Tristen and Luke couldn't be more different, and that creates conflict and drama in their arcs. Luke's feelings for Jaquelin break your heart, and you can't help but root for him. The plot moves quickly in unexpected ways that keep you hooked throughout the pages. Highly recommended to anyone who's a fan of supernatural thrillers.
