Who Is Killing Nashville's Country Singers? by Reg Ivory is a murder mystery that will have you hooked to the story until the end. Someone is killing the biggest names in the country music scene, and no one knows why. While the musicians are being picked off one after the other, the FBI tries to find any lead that will make it easier for them to find the killer. To help them in this search for the killer, they ask Detective Jack Novak to join them in the case. When Jack delves deep into the search, he realizes that this case is far more complex than it seems. However, things get even more complicated when the case veers too close to his personal life, and Jack is left asking some very tough questions. The killer could be someone he knows or someone close to Jack could be the next victim. Can Jack stop this killer before they claim another life?

Oh boy, Who Is Killing Nashville's Country Singers? was a ride! Jack is a smart man who thinks with his head and follows his heart. He is perhaps one of the few protagonists who thinks before he acts and listens to his gut feeling a lot more than what circumstances show him. The author does an incredible job of creating opportunities for readers to engage with the story and feel like a part of it. It is far too short, and I wanted the story to continue. However, the author’s narrative style, his character development, and the way he introduces the action made this story phenomenal for me. I hope Reg Ivory makes this into a series with Jack at the center of it because I would gladly read it!
