Author Biography

Tia Mitsis holds a number of qualifications, including a Master of Laws. Having written for pleasure since she was a young girl, Tia is now focused on writing for publication.

Her first book, 'When Study Goes Wrong' was released in March 2015.

Her second book, 'A Greek Odyssey' was released in January 2016. Her favourite genre to read is non-fiction books on science and the universe. Her favourite childhood authors were Enid Blyton and Carolyn Keene. She was born in Brisbane and enjoys Irish dancing, martial arts, listening to Greek music and travelling.

A Greek Odyssey by Tia Mitsis takes readers on an exotic journey through Greece and its stunning beauty, history, and landscape. Greece is famous for its beaches, islands, rugged mountains, greenery, tiny villages, the food, and its zest for life. Most visitors tend to frequent the popular places of interest without even going to the many locations which are still unexplored by tourists. In this book, the author takes readers to undiscovered places, those traditional parts which will fascinate and show travelers the authentic beauty of the place.

The book is entertaining and interesting to anyone who loves traveling, who wants to discover new places, and also wants to learn more. The food, the culture, the essence, people, language, Greek mythology, and scenic beauty of Greece described by the author will definitely make readers want to visit Greece. The narration is detailed and descriptive, which makes the places vivid for readers. For all those who are planning to travel to Greece or even planning to travel, this book is excellent as it will give them an idea of where to travel and what there is to see and experience in Greece.
