Capture The Feeling: Attract Your Desire is a motivational self-help book written by Tori Bouwer. This book is an expanded version of her first book, Be It and Attract It. Following her studies of the works of New Thought Minister Neville Goddard and teacher Wallace Wattles, and referring to relevant portions of the King James Bible, Bouwer explains how the law of attraction works and why it may not seem to work for many who have tried it in the past. Her original text was a write-in journal, as is this one; however, this volume contains inspirational passages to guide the reader as they perform each of the morning, midday and evening exercises. Bouwer guides the reader through each of the first thirty days of their practice working with the law of attraction. She cautions that a single-minded approach is necessary -- one desired thing must be kept in focus. Changing your focus from one desire to another will lead to failure.
Tori Bouwer's inspirational self-help book, Capture The Feeling: Attract Your Desire, was of particular interest to me as I've tried, and been spectacularly unsuccessful, to harness the power of the universe via the laws of attraction. Bouwer goes directly to the root of the failures many experience, and she explains why we may fail and how we can change our approach to make sure the law of attraction works. I found it incredibly easy to get motivated by her journal set-up and began working on the zero day entries. The selected quotes she's included keep the experience fresh and new, and I felt as though working through each day's readings gave me an increased understanding of and insight into the law of attraction and how to make it work. Capture The Feeling: Attract Your Desire is highly recommended.
