These chapters effectively prepare the reader for the following discussions about actually making that change you already know you need to make. In short, how to be a changemaster not only for yourself but also for others. The book also contains chapters on making changes in sales and marketing, managing your money, your customer’s experience, personal and company productivity, and yourself. Finally, the author presents a worksheet called the 20 Steps to Execute a Successful Change.
