Different types of dogs meet up and they talk about their lives with humans. All of them are well taken care of. But one dog, Ms Dachshund, is sad as her family has left her and moved out. The Dog Club comes up with a plan for Ms. Dachshund so that she is happy. Let's now go to the Dog Club and meet all the members and see how the meeting goes.
The book is perfect for kids as it is filled with humor and fun and the story is very original. The dogs behave like humans which makes the theme very exciting. The illustrations complement the story beautifully and give the characters and scenes movement and life. It will make a good bedtime story book and can also be used for read aloud sessions in classrooms and libraries. All the characters are portrayed well and their individual personalities stand out.
Apart from the story, the book also has some good messages for kids and the best way to convey these is through stories. It is a wonderful story about friendship and the authors have done a great job by making the dogs the main characters. Children also get to improve their vocabulary by learning new words. It is book that can be added to one's personal collection. A delightfully charming book for children.
