Are you stuck, thinking of a new way to excite your preschooler and get them interested in learning? If so, then E-pis-stem-o-lo-gy (Think. Check. Learn. Grow.) by Instructor Mike is a wonderful educational book for your little preschooler. With neat, simple illustrations drawn by Zoe Ranucci, it teaches children to ask questions, think deeply, and tackle new ways of learning creatively. It’s the perfect add-on for teachers and parents wanting to teach young learners or their children how to relate to the world around them; it repeats words and phrases in a song-like rhythm, making it catchy, interactive, and something that would stimulate their minds into learning something new.

As someone familiar with the teaching sector, I think that this book could be very helpful in developing and stimulating young children's learning abilities. Its repetitive, song-like component makes the words easier to remember, and the pictures evoke vivid images in a child's mind; I know it will be easy for them to relate and feel elated to learn. It is very expressive—the black and white illustrations leave room for a child's imagination to fill in the colors on their own. It is also advantageous to some kids who cannot see every color on the spectrum (color blindness). I recommend E-pis-stem-o-lo-gy (Think. Check. Learn. Grow.) by Instructor Mike to stay-at-home moms and dads, online and in-class tutors, and any parent looking for a fun way to spend some quality time with their child.

The rhythmic text and playful art will draw children into an interactive world of motion and song. It not only asks to be read; it asks to be reimagined and performed.
