Queen Code by Laura Muirhead is for women who are tired of being stuck in the same habits and want a guide to help them heal. The author explores “personal policies,” which are the rules you set for yourself regarding work, relationships, and self-care. Instead of blaming everyone else or thinking of yourself as a victim, she pushes you to take charge of your choices and change the story of your life. Muirhead presents a four-part process—Question, Investigate, Heal, and Grow—to help discover your hidden beliefs and replace them with stronger ones. The book also touches on family, overcoming fear, staying resilient, and achieving your goals by combining action with clear intention. The author uses relatable examples and exercises to show why strengthening your identity matters more than just aiming for outward success. It’s a guide for women who are serious about taking the necessary steps to improve their lives.
In Queen Code, Laura Muirhead helps women look at how they handle power and accountability. She's firm in her guidance but also supportive, which I found valuable. She’s also upfront about avoiding a victim mindset and not pointing fingers at others. That honesty made the chapters on boundaries and taking control of your life even more crucial. The book recaps its main points simply, so they really land. Some readers might question the parts on manifestation and energy, but the advice about setting personal standards stands on its own. Reading it encouraged me to pause and check my own rules, which made it more personal. Queen Code ends with a clear reminder that real change begins through examining yourself. Very highly recommended.
