Far Beyond the Sun is a children's picture book by Dolev Zaharony with illustrations by Marian Naseif. Brian loves to be on top, and because of this, his favorite spot is the wooden tower in the corner of his backyard. He can see the entire neighborhood from there but wishes to go even higher and see above the sun. Brian thinks of ways that can get him higher than the sun. He reads books about the tallest buildings, mountains, and cities. They are all taller than his wooden tower but not as high as the sun. Will he ever find a place higher than the sun? Have a fun adventure with Brian as he attempts to go ever higher.
Far Beyond the Sun will give you and your children an entertaining story and take you on an educational journey. The book has information about ancient cities, modern structures, geographical features, and astronomical facts. How high are the pyramids, how tall is Mount Everest, or what is the distance between the earth and the sun? Have fun with your children finding the answers, and learning something new in the process. The book also has beautiful illustrations with bright colors and lively characters. Marian Naseif did a great job drawing these famous landmarks. She gave them color and brought them to life. This will grab children's attention and keep them glued to the story. I loved reading this book and recommend it to parents and educators. The story will encourage your kids to discover more about science, the world, and space.
