FearLess: How to Conquer Your Fear, Stop Playing Small, and Start Living an Extraordinary Life You Love by Nathalie Thompson is an excellent tool for all those who want to work through their fears - which are causing obstacles in their lives - conquer their dreams and achieve their goals easily. Fear exists in everyone’s life and the author knows how it can paralyze life. Hence she gives good techniques and suggestions through this book and shows how being fearless can play out well in everyday life and help readers to make positive changes in their outlook without getting stuck.

The author’s amazing journey in getting rid of her fears and making changes in her life is encouraging and motivating, and many of her experiences are palpable to readers. The topic is handled methodically and extensively, making it easy for readers to navigate through their fears, understand them better, and see exactly how their fears are affecting them. At the end of each chapter, the author has included a summary of key points that should be remembered, a checklist of the exercises, and links to downloadable bonus materials. The exercises are helpful and they can be done while reading through the book.

I found the book useful as it handles a relevant topic of fear and negative thoughts that usually put a lot of blocks in the minds of people when it comes to dealing with life. Reading this book will not make one fearless, but will help to conquer the fears so that they don’t stand in the way of turning dreams into reality.
