How To Give Your Power Away and How To Reclaim It (From Suffering To Transformation) by Nadine Cox is a non-fiction inspirational book. This is a book that would appeal most to a mixed audience of adults and young adults who are looking to find a way to add happiness to their lives, and who are willing to change themselves in order to achieve it. This book teaches people how to explore their own beliefs as well as the actions they have taken during their lives in order to change their lives for the better. Are you willing to take that step to change your life for the better or are you content to live a life without happiness, peace, and joy?
How To Give Your Power Away and How To Reclaim It (From Suffering To Transformation) by Nadine Cox was a very interesting book for me. As I continued to read, I really began to feel as if the author not only understood me, but was speaking directly to me. She wrote using a style that makes understanding the contents of the book easy; she avoided jargon, medical terms, and technical terms in order to speak directly to readers of all backgrounds. I found the list of activities that a person could do in order to express power and self-love to be interesting and realistic from a psychological perspective. The way that the author combined suggested activities with stories from her own life created a book that is both interesting to read and that taught valuable lessons on how to heal from all kinds of abuse and how to forgive.
