How to Look Happy (Unlucky in Love Book 3) by Stacy Wiedower is a romantic comedy. Jen Dawson is at the top, an interior designer with the best job in the world and a fiancé to die for. But everything goes wrong on one day. One single day where she loses her job and her fiancé. Instead of asking herself what she should do, she does what many would see as the answer – sinks a bucketful of cocktails and hits Facebook, landing herself in even more trouble. Her ex-fiancé seems to reappear just when she doesn’t want him. Jen throws herself at all the right men, who turn out to be all the wrong men, until she falls over the one man who throws her a real curve ball. Vowing to get back on track, Jen dives into work with a vengeance, only to discover that things aren’t all they seem to be. Will Jen succeed in bringing down her bosses? Can she survive the fallout? And will she ever find love with the right man again?
How to Look Happy (Unlucky in Love Book 3) by Stacy Wiedower is a bit of everything. As well as being a thumping good read, it combines fun with disaster, friendship, laughter, and tears all at the same time. The story was incredibly engaging, to the point where it was actually compulsive reading. The characters are very well developed and I found myself laughing, crying, wincing and holding my breath along with them. Ms Wiedower has a way of writing that you can’t help but admire. Her descriptions are vivid enough to make it all so real, yet not so vivid that there is nothing left to the imagination. Buckle up, readers, and get ready for the best roller coaster ride of your life!
