The first book in the Jigsaw series, Powder Keg, by David Alyn Gordon, follows a group of people, members of the Temporal Guardian Foundation, an organization whose job is to preserve history as it is, keep our reality intact and in check, and prevent this world from falling apart in the process. However, their opponents have a different plan in mind. Novus Ordo, a villainous organization, decides to start a secret operation titled Powder Keg all over Europe to create opportunities for themselves during and after World War I. Not one of them thought that their plans were going to be disrupted by the sudden appearance of Ahriman, the Devil himself, who has other plans for the human race...and the only ones who can stop this from happening are the members of the Temporal Guardian Foundation. Let the fight for this reality begin.
David Alyn Gordon transports us to different times in history with such ease that it feels more real than expected!
