Justify Thin by Renae Da Grava is a helpful and useful guide on a relevant topic that is of major concern nowadays - weight reduction. The author motivates readers with her honest perspective on the topic and gives them the much required boost to live a healthy and thin lifestyle. The author's personal experiences make readers connect with the book and help them become thin or maintain their already slim figures. It is a refreshing guide and gives readers a lot of strength and guidance in chalking out their weight reduction program which is not based on any diet pills or staying away from food.

I found the book extremely useful and the tips and advice given by the author can be used over the course of one's lifetime. The book trains you to be truthful and real, make a mind-body connection, customize your diet and make necessary adjustments that will keep you in the game for necessary weight management. The training worksheets are useful and will help readers to plan, adapt and work out the strategies suitable to them and their lives.

The author has approached this topic with a very fresh outlook and she encourages readers to live with passion by getting rid of their negative thoughts. The author covers all weight related topics extensively and with a lot of clarity. It is a well-researched book that will empower readers to construct their own schedule for a healthier lifestyle.

There are hundreds of thousands, if not millions, of people who are unhappy with their body exactly the way that it is. People want to lose weight but it’s becoming much simpler to gain weight than it is to lose it. So what can we do? What can anyone do to better understand the weight loss process? There are a lot of different programs out there but this one emphasizes using your own personal abilities and skills to help you lose weight the way that you want to, but easier. Justify Thin by Renae Da Grava also explains a series of different healthy foods and eating habits, along with exercise and drive, that will help in your weight loss. And what if you aren’t quite ready to put in the work? Fake it 'til you make it.

Justify Thin by Renae Da Grava will definitely help you to discover what it takes to be successful in your weight loss (and weight management) goals. I was happy with the tips and tricks given, and the fact that there were small boxes with important tips or thoughts highlighted made it easy to come back to them. The worksheets were also helpful and made it easier to follow along with what you should be doing at each stage. I really think this would be a good method to follow for losing weight and keeping it off, and this would be a healthy way to do it. I would be willing to give this a try to help me get in shape.

"Anyone that has ever struggled with dieting knows that weight management is an emotional subject." So states the back of the book blurb for Justify Thin by Renae Da Grava. And anyone who has ever struggled with dieting knows that the word "thin", coupled with the image of a size-six blonde waif, will probably send those emotions into the stratosphere and straight towards the nearest potato chip aisle. That, in fact, was how I felt when I looked at the title and cover image of this book. But then I opened to the table of contents and things changed.

Justify Thin takes the reader through the four seasons of health, loss, redemption, and sustaining that are so familiar to many of our lives. And it does this for you, moves you forward, regardless of where you are in the "season of your discontent" with your body and your health.

For example, after six decades of good health, only seeing doctors once a year for annual checkups, banning soda and any of that stuff in the middle aisles of the supermarket, I began 2014 with a fractured finger revealing extensive arthritic hand decay, moved on to a soft knee injury riding a bicycle built for two on my birthday, highlighted the summer with the removal of a fibroid that turned out to be a rare cancer, and moved into the fall with dental surgery. I had gained 15 pounds. I didn't know where to begin or what to do.

Justify Thin told me that my health was in "Fall", and with specific, practical examples and worksheets, Da Grava pointed out how to get back to my Spring, regardless that I was just passing into the biblical three score and ten. De Grava writes, "Fall is about getting back to basics, the natural you. You will be aiming to relearn your own body’s cues and re-establish connections between your mind and body, so you will be able to take control of your mind and body, thus gaining the strength and freedom to become independent. Getting back to your basic self might mean that you will be losing weight."

Justify Thin's straightforward approach has helped me to remember what works, and get rid of what doesn't. I instituted Justify Thin's Fall program five days ago. I desperately needed to get back to my basic self. That is happening, and along the way I have already lost three pounds. For those who are ready to put in the effort and the discipline, Justify Thin works. You'll find that "thin" isn't such a four-letter-word after all.
