Larkin's Letters by Jax Jillian explores a friendship turned more between actor Ryan Boone and his long time best friend, Larkin. Their friendship has spanned from high school to the fifteen years that he has been in LA becoming a famous actor. They spent years married to other people and going through divorces being each other's strength. Then, tragedy happens and they come together to hold each other up during the hard times. During that time they realize that they were more to each other than they ever thought possible. They were more than just 'love.'
Wow. Give me a second here. I need to collect my thoughts and feelings because I have SO many feelings right now. Those aren't tears, no ... allergies. Must be allergies. Every once in a great while, a book comes along that absolutely guts you. One that you can't put down, although your heart is breaking and you feel physical pain from the emotional roller coaster you are on. A book where you have to step back from reading for a day or two to recover, to mourn, to grieve, and get all your feelings back in order. Larkin's Letters is that book.
Jax Jillian does a phenomenal job of drawing the reader into this love story. I started the book last night and woke up early to continue on the journey, even when I had to set the book down a couple times and just breathe. This is an incredible book, and I wholeheartedly recommend it and will be recommending it to friends and family.
