Little Book to Enjoy Life by Sans Papiers eBooks covers a great deal of terrain, from ideas about building self-confidence to healthy relationships to confronting bullies. It’s a book that helps identify difficult personal problems that plague everyday people and teaches the reader how to overcome them. The section that dealt with triumphing over self-pity offered excellent guidance, much more than I’ve ever read in self-help books, especially one as lean as this one. Although lean, the book is well-researched and sourced, and presents the ideas of today’s foremost psychologists and leaders. As a self-help book, it is effective and well organized, providing guidance on effecting positive change. I loved the whimsical illustrations accompanied by inspiring quotes by such great thinkers and creative geniuses as Rumi, John Donne, and Henry David Thoreau.
The book has a strong therapeutic and positive message for readers. It teaches that every individual is unique and individuals should appreciate their uniqueness as a path to building confidence while pursuing their particular destiny. It’s a book filled with wisdom presented in a simple, easy to grasp manner. The writers make it clear that the book is meant to share principles and personal stories many will relate to. Those who may find themselves in difficult circumstances upon finishing the book may feel better about themselves as the message makes a great impact. This book, imbued with wisdom, enables the reader to embrace the future with a more positive attitude about life.
