Little Jimmy Says, "Same Is Lame" by Jimmy Vee is an entertaining book for children. Jimmy is just five feet tall and unusually small for a man. He tells us how every individual is different from each other and each one has their own special ability which makes them unique. Jimmy can do a lot of things because he is short. He also likes the fact that he stands out in a crowd instead of getting lost in it. Many a time, Jimmy is the butt of jokes because of his size. This book conveys a beautiful message of learning to accept one's uniqueness and to use it in a positive manner.

The theme is very interesting and relevant and the author has touched on a topic happening in society. He has put it across beautifully so that kids can understand it well. The illustrations are lively and they convey the concept with a lot of clarity and crispness. It is a highly encouraging book that will boost the confidence of readers and motivate them to succeed, irrespective of their drawbacks.

The message: 'We are all special in our own unique way. We all have our talents to work and to play' is an awesome message for kids to rid them of their insecurities and convert their so-called negatives into positive points. I would recommend this book for all kids. It is a must-have in everyone's personal collection, as well as schools and libraries. Little Jimmy is indeed an inspiration to all of us!

In Little Jimmy Says, Same is Lame by Jimmy Vee, being different isn’t cause for embarrassment, it’s cause for celebration. Being different allows you to do different things that other people simply can’t. It allows you to make a difference in the world and to stand out in a crowd. Little Jimmy has a story to tell about who he is. He has the distinction of wearing glasses, of being short, of being a ventriloquist; everyone has distinctions that can make them special and important as long as they’re willing to stand up for themselves and be proud of who they were born to be. Same is Lame means there’s nothing wrong with being different, it’s something to celebrate all the time.

Little Jimmy is a fun and interesting character, someone who is different from others for a variety of reasons, someone who has been picked on in the past but has overcome all of those things. He’s a person who knows himself and doesn’t feel ashamed of who he is. This book is excellent for children of all types because it helps them to see that their differences are not things to be ashamed of, no matter what anyone else may say. These differences make them who they are and they should be proud of that. It’s definitely something to help children who are being bullied or even before bullying starts. Same is Lame by Jimmy Vee is an excellent book for children.

Little Jimmy Says, "Same is Lame" by Jimmy Vee is an amazing book with a very clear message. Enter the circus and meet Little Jimmy the Ringmaster - he's the world's smallest man and his friends are Big Nose Betty and The Human Reflector. Take a journey around the circus and meet people who think they are odd - because they have a large nose, are small, or wear glasses or braces. Little Jimmy teaches not only that Same is Lame but that Different is cool, something to be proud of and shout about. Little Jimmy says that everyone is different and those with an affliction of some kind are not odd but unique. They have something that no-one else does and they should use it to their advantage instead of hiding it away.

Little Jimmy Says by Jimmy Vee is, in my humble opinion, a masterpiece. Although it was written for children, there are a good many adults who could learn a lesson or two from it as well. It's very cleverly written in rhyme and the illustrations are marvelous. It is one of those books that should perhaps be compulsory reading at school as it can not only increase self confidence and self awareness, but could also help to put a stop to the big problem of bullying. I take my hat off to Jimmy Vee - for a first book I think he is definitely onto a winner. This is also something that could perhaps be made into a one-off cartoon-type program, again maybe to be shown in schools and other places!

Little Jimmy Says, "Same Is Lame" is a children's book written by Jimmy Vee and illustrated by Mike Motz. Jimmy stars in this picture book about how everybody is different in some way or another, and how that's really a good thing. Jimmy is short and wears glasses. He considers all the good things that come out of him being short. He may not be very good at getting sugar off a high shelf in the cupboard but he's great at limbo and wrestling. Jimmy likes the fact that he stands out in the crowd and is not like everyone else. He's proud of his differences. Some people don't like their noses or their voices, but Jimmy suggests they consider how these differences are actually positive things that make them who they are.

Jimmy Vee's children's book has me sitting here with a big smile on my face after reading it. I wish I had had this book when I was a little kid and seemed to be the only kid in the world who wore eyeglasses! It's marvelous reading that will make kids feel good about themselves and realize that different is not necessarily a bad thing to be. Mike Motz's illustrations are fabulous. They're bold and bright and perfectly fit Jimmy Vee's text. Little Jimmy Says, "Same Is Lame" is a book that will inspire kids to go out and have fun being themselves while they're learning to read at the same time. The story is easy to follow and the pictures will help kids guess at unfamiliar words in the text. Little Jimmy is phenomenal and this book is, too.

Little Jimmy Says, "Same Is Lame" by Jimmy Vee is the story of a man who is only five feet tall, making him very short. He uses his unique size to inspire other people and show them that just because he is different does not mean he is sad. Little Jimmy looks at being very short as being unique and finds ways in which he can take advantage of the fact that he looks different from most people and can do things only someone with his unique height can do. He demonstrates that what makes you different makes you unique and helps you stand out from the crowd. So instead of being sad, just be happy that you are unique and find a way to take advantage of your unique features.

Little Jimmy Says, "Same Is Lame" is an amazing children's storybook that shows kids how being different is a gift. It makes you unique, makes you stand out from the crowd, and as such should be embraced. Jimmy Vee shows that being different can open doors to opportunities that would not have existed if you just looked like everyone else. So instead of struggling to be like everyone else and fit it, use your unique features to open new doors. Little Jimmy Says, "Same Is Lame" would be fun for kids to read and it will completely change their attitude and help them see their unique features in a new way. It encourages them to find joy in being different; it shows them that it is all about how you choose to look at your unique features. This way, something that someone would ordinarily look at as a negative is easily turned into a positive.
