Lose Weight Naturally by JD Lovil is an engaging book that covers a relevant topic of health and weight reduction. The book speaks about how many people in the world are overweight and this book is a tool to treat the areas of life that cause overweight complications and to give readers a much happier life. From dealing with the problems that cause weight gain to finally leading a healthy life, this book covers all the topics related to weight loss effectively and extensively by also addressing the goals, and philosophical and spiritual categories of life in the process. It's a book that will enhance one's self-esteem and make readers happier and healthier.

The book methodically addresses all the issues of gaining weight. The tips, techniques and ideas shared in the book are insightful and can be practiced by all who are struggling with their weight. The author's positive approach on how to make the process of weight loss work stalls all the negative beliefs an overweight person will have of being unworthy. The book teaches an important lesson of how we are always what we believe we are, hence it is vital to believe in oneself in a good way.
