Love Heals The Heart by Diane Rose Duffy is a romantic suspense novel that is heavy on the humor. Gracie Watson is an ornery school teacher who is tired of teaching other people's children. She wants kids of her own. When she meets Detective Dylan Sanders, the sparks fly. But Dylan has a tragic past that has him stuck and unable to move on. Gracie hopes to help Dylan heal so the two can finally have a shot at love. They are both bad at relationships, but they are good people, and they deserve that second chance. But they have to learn to let go and trust each other if they want to take it.
Love Heals The Heart is a hilarious story that really is all about the characters. Gracie Watson will steal your heart and literally make you laugh out loud! The situations she gets herself into are one of a kind and will have you shaking your head and thinking, "How did she manage that?" But that's what makes this story so good. Diane Rose Duffy does a fantastic job of using humor to make the characters relatable and make us care about them so much that we are ripping through the pages, trying to figure out what happens to them next. I couldn't read this story fast enough and I think you will feel the same way. Give this book a try because it is hilarious!
