Author Biography

Life—my life—inspired me to write "Me: Life Guide and Guided Journey by Journal Featuring 11 Weeks of 7 Soul:Minds Exercises".

Growing up, I remember reading many "how to" books, manuals and guides displayed on shelves in schools, public libraries and neighborhood book stores. At a very young age, I searched for a “how to” guide about Life in hopes to discover the answers to some of my own questions.

I yearned for a practical guide that would explain why I am here in this world, what is expected of me and the meaning of life.

That search continued into adulthood and after reading many books on the subject, all the while gaining valuable Life experiences, I decided to write my own Life Guide and publish my discoveries.

Love, curiosity and an open Mind were (and still are) the driving forces that allow me to experience ALL that Life has to offer.

My motto is “Life doesn’t happen to me, it happens FOR me—everything happens FOR a reason/purpose.”

I still learn about Life with every passing moment, we all can, I believe that is what we are here to do. "Me: Life Guide and Guided Journey by Journal" is exactly what I was searching for back then to shed some light on the greatest question I could ever dare to ask myself “Who I am?” and discover the answers that can only come from within.

Me: Life Guide and Guided Journey by Journal Featuring 11 Weeks of 7 Soul Minds Exercises by Jennifer Ayers-Belinkis is a wonderful guide to self-awakening, a book that sets the reader on the path to embracing the old adage from the Greek philosopher, Socrates: “Man, know thyself!” In this book, the author challenges readers to do the one thing that everyone hates —getting acquainted with who they are. As I picked this book, I couldn’t help but notice the irony in its message, because in an era when we are encouraged to take flights from home and from ourselves and to indulge in contemporary distractions — our gadgets, the media, and our hectic work — here is an author encouraging readers to reconnect intimately with themselves. This book has a powerful premise — our level of success in life depends hugely on how well we become aware of “who” we really are. But how do we discover who we truly are? This book answers this question and more.

Jennifer Ayers-Belinkis’s book is an eye-opener, as inspirational as it is motivational. The author teaches readers to master what she calls the EAT of personal development, providing them with the tools they need to master their emotions, actions, and thoughts. This book underlines the place of journaling in personal growth because when we stop to think about our memories, we begin to understand how they relate to how we feel and think. This book offers readers powerful exercises to guide them on the journey to self-discovery and self-mastery. You’ll see and think differently about yourself, your potential, and why you are here after reading this book. It is packed with wisdom and insightful thoughts. One of the things I learned from this book is that: “One of life’s greatest ironies is that we will always want what we think we don’t have, but if we look close enough we will always have exactly what we need.” Here is a book about you, a book written just for you, a book proposing a path you can work toward by yourself.

Me: Life Guide and Guided Journey by Journal Featuring 11 Weeks of 7 Soul:Minds Exercises by Jennifer Ayers-Belinkis is one of the best tools I have read — apart from the writings of Anthony De Mello — which brilliantly proposes a path towards self-awareness and personal growth. It was the title of this book that caught my attention for the sole reason that it is about the one thing that we all are connected with, whether positively or not. Now, what do you find in this book? Ayers-Belinkis invites readers to do the one thing that is hard for most of us — connect intimately with ourselves, learn to rediscover who we are and our worth. Most of us have wandered so far from ourselves that it is hard to return. But this book shows us how to find our way back home.

In a world full of distractions, where our focus can quickly be drawn towards what society — others, the media, family, friends — suggests, it becomes difficult to listen to our hearts. In this book, the author shares her personal journey, helping readers to see how learning to come home to herself brought life changes and allowed her to redefine her vision. In this book she writes about how the way we communicate with ourselves affects our well-being, our sense of purpose, and our happiness. She offers insights on understanding emotions and feelings, identifying our purpose, and who we really are. The book underlines the power of journaling as an effective method to stay tuned with our deepest desires and it also proposes powerful exercises to enhance self-knowledge, self-mastery, and to take control of our life.

I enjoyed this book and the part I loved the most was the mind exercises. The writing is very friendly and the reader feels like having a good and inspiring conversation with a friend. Me: Me: Life Guide and Guided Journey by Journal Featuring 11 Weeks of 7 Soul:Minds Exercises is a book about you, a book that gives you the wisdom to connect meaningfully with yourself and to find your life’s purpose. The author’s voice is authoritative yet filled with compassion and love. This is one of the best books you will read on self-care, on tapping into the power of your subconscious mind and taking control of your life. It is inspiring and empowering.
