Carlos Aranda was born and raised in California. He was saved at the age of seven through the Royal Ranger program at his Assembly of God church. He walked with the Lord through his teen years, serving to build many churches on mission trips. Almost twenty years later he encountered a burning bush experience in which God gave instructions to write his book. He is married and has two beautiful children. My Conversations with God by Carlos Aranda is an uplifting book that will draw you closer to God. The book tells us how God wants us to lead our lives and face the trials and tribulations that come our way. The author has used everyday subjects from life and linked them to the scriptures in the Bible. This book will also help you in getting connected to God on a higher level and it is also a good book for those who have not read the Bible. The Biblical perspective the author has used in writing this book is very useful to learn more about the Bible.
It is important for authors who write on spirituality and God to write something that is simple and is easily understandable by the common man. This book is written in a simple manner and what I found heartening is that the author has shared with the readers his own experiences and mistakes. That makes the book even more human and readers can relate to the book easily. This can be used as a guide during your low phases because there are many things in the book that will help you in handling your life.
