Now & Forever is the story of former high school lovers Lindy and TJ. Once so in love and planning for the future, unexpected distance kept them from fulfilling that fantasy but a tragic accident may afford them a second chance. After learning of the death of close childhood friend Jack, both Lindy and TJ return to Clarkson Grove to say farewell and help his widow, Becka, through the tough times. Kate Lane and Terri Mann have created a wonderful town in Clarkson Grove and built the perfect amount of tension and longing between Lindy and TJ. The chemistry is still strong between them, but the unexpected arrival of TJ’s current girlfriend, Cassandra, causes all kinds of emotions to erupt, many of which are unpleasant.
As TJ and Lindy grow closer, the differences in their current lives and lifestyles become more apparent, leaving Lindy feeling uneasy. Add to those differences a sneaky butler, a vengeful ex and the revelation of a decades-long secret and Now & Forever has more than a few emotional curve balls to keep you on your toes from the first page to the last. As TJ and Lindy grow together and drift apart, you can see the skill of Terri Mann and Kate Lane. There is so much emotional distance and often distrust between the two yet the love that began so long ago is always there just under the surface, making it difficult for them to walk away from one another. All the elements of a great story are present in Now & Forever; tragedy, bittersweet memories, love lost and finally a satisfying resolution.
