Author Biography

I can't deny being a lover of the Post Apocalyptic Genre. I've read many of them over the years. I've always wanted to tell stories of future dystopian societies, and jumped at the chance to write fan fiction based on Hugh Howie's Novel, Wool. I wrote four episodes based on life in Silo 39 and 40. I was a little rough, with grammar and spelling I'll admit, but the stories were well-received and are still selling after four years of publication. It's the story-telling I suppose that makes it work. I get a lot of comments on how well I flesh-out the characters in my books. I think it has to do with a love of the human condition and how we interact with one another.

As for me; I've traveled across the US searching for who I am and discovered I am just a little of everyone I've met along the way. I attribute that to being a good listener with a well developed sense of humor.

If you love action-packed, captivating books with a unique twist, Patriot Son: Battlefront America by T.A. Walters is a must-read for you. The book creates a dystopian reflection of America that is not so hard to imagine, given the current situation the nation is in today. At the beginning of the book, America rests confidently in the nuclear agreements made with brutish nations that seek to do harm to the free world. This is quite ironic as these understandings are hazy and surrounded by skepticism. Like for many other Americans, Joe Wyatt’s day starts like any other. He is out sailing with an unusual companion. His mind is filled with happy thoughts of his beautiful bride to be. Then, the enemy strikes! No one could have imagined what was to follow. The streets are filled with corpses and those who are left behind fall prisoner to the ruthless terrorists.

Patriot Son: Battlefront America by T.A. Walters is engaging and thrilling all at the same time. A unique aspect of the book is how Walters presents the plot, starting with a flash-forward of events and then going back to give more details of the story. This pulled me in immediately from the moment I started reading. The theme is also quite enthralling and easy to relate to. The heroic character in Patriot Son: Battlefront America, Joe Wyatt was a symbol of courage and determination which kept me engrossed even more. More importantly, the book is filled with absorbing suspenseful scenes. T.A. Walters' book is awe-inspiring and very riveting. Definitely a compelling read.
