Author Biography

Greg began working with the Akashic Records in 1993 — a non-physical library of energy imprints for every person, place, and event in history. The Akashic Records are the primary source for Greg’s information on clients’ extraterrestrial connections, home star systems, Oversouls, and health conditions, as presented in his book, Star Journey Home.

Graduating from Holliston High School in 1979, Greg enrolled in the Aeronautical Engineering program at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, Florida. He earned his degree in May 1984 and joined NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, Maryland, following two internships there.

Greg’s interest in metaphysical topics began during his high school years, when he explored meditation, dreams, out-of-body travel, the human energy field, and the existence of extraterrestrials and UFOs. After college, his spiritual journey deepened as he became actively involved in Lakota Native American spirituality and ceremonial practices — an engagement he enjoys to this day.

At NASA, Greg focused on the mechanical development of Space Shuttle payloads and deployable mechanical systems for satellites.

A native of Holliston, Massachusetts — a picturesque New England town 30 miles southwest of Boston — Greg began playing acoustic guitar as a lifelong hobby. He released his first CD of original music, Live Your Passion, in 2002, followed by Stargazer in 2011.

After 35 years at NASA, Greg retired in 2018 and relocated to Sarasota, Florida, where he now lives. He continues to assist clients through his work with the Akashic Records and regularly performs music at local venues.

Star Journey Home by Greg Martins is a unique spiritual journey from a metaphysical perspective that broaches questions regarding humanity’s spiritual origins. This is rooted in the concept that our souls could be our connection to another world, one that lies beyond the stars. Martins’ dreams guide him on a path filled with spiritual insights and epic feats as a NASA engineer through a narrative that focuses on amazing encounters and intuitive awakening. This includes time spent with the Akashic Records, an archive of non-physical records that contain the history of events, souls, and other aspects of existence. With evidence compiled that supports the concepts provided, including the exploration of the Oversoul, the core message is to show how interconnected everything truly is.

This book offers encouragement for people to explore who they are through a metaphysical and spiritual lens. This includes personal stories from Greg Martins’ life with chosen moments that highlight key concepts from Native American vision quests to the Aksahic Records. There’s also an empowering sense of following your dreams, such as his dedication to pursuing his which led him to NASA and where his fascination began. The book pushes you to explore inward and be open to other ideas. The stories create a tapestry of moments that symbolize the concepts he holds most important and show the significance of understanding more of who we are. Several are taken from the Space Shuttle era, when Martins worked as a NASA aerospace engineer. These moments allow you to connect with him on a human level and provide examples that help you comprehend these metaphysical concepts. The book also features a focus on the Oversoul, which is a concept important to Martins and one that is believed to provide a sense of wholeness. The themes seen throughout include rejuvenation, healing, and spirituality, with each of these offering guidance and a path for deeper answers. This will appeal to those interested in mindfulness, chakras, meditation, and souls. Another aspect of the book is the people who inspired him throughout his life. These people show the need for human connection and the guidance that others can provide to shape who we are, whether it's showing qualities of a loving relationship or serving as a guide for vision quests. Star Journey Home is a fascinating read with thought-provoking concepts that encourage empowerment, healing, and deeper thinking.
