Taming My Christmas Rogue: Taming the Duke's Heart is the second book in the Miracle Express series by Tammy Andresen and Miracle Express. This is the story of two people who fell in love, even if they didn’t want to. Miss Danielle (Dani) Frazier is a young lady who believes that she will be able to find a husband in her own time. She was ready to spend an eventful yet peaceful Christmas, but all her plans were shattered when Lord Andrew (Drew) Maddox and his family came to spend Christmas with her family. Now this rogue with his devilishly handsome face is everywhere she goes and there isn’t much she can do about it. Something is drawing them together and that is intensified by the single kiss they share. Drew is falling in love and he has to convince her that even a rogue can change his ways if his love is true.
Taming My Christmas Rogue is such a fast-paced, fun and entertaining novel! The narrative is so smooth and wonderful; I enjoyed how the author brought me into the story and had me invested in it from the get-go. I wanted to know more about Dani and Drew, how their relationship would bloom and who will give in first. The pace was fast, which I loved, but I also loved the fact that the author gave them enough room to grow and appreciate each other. Their love blossomed even when they didn’t want it to, but it became perfect by the end of the novel. I had a ridiculous smile on my face while reading this book and I loved every moment of it.
