The Princess and the Valley Man: Luna and Solis's Adventures in Death Valley is one of the books in a series that Dorota Kluza and Evan Williams dedicate to the discovery of National Parks. This time, as the title implies, our heroes will set out to discover Death Valley, one of the hottest places on Earth, located in Eastern California. Here, Luna and Solis will observe its unique environment and incredible inhabitants. They will also befriend one of them, Kiko the Roadrunner, who will accompany them on their adventures. The Princess and the Valley Man is as beautiful as a fairytale and instructive, suitable for teaching young adults the uniqueness of the Death Valley territory.

The Princess and the Valley Man is an enjoyable and informative read. Kluza and Williams's story is fun and adventurous, and every young boy or girl will enjoy reading it. By the way, I suspect it will entertain many adults as well. The idea of explaining the characteristics of a National Park through the adventures of Solis and Luna is brilliant and will certainly make learning enjoyable even for the laziest reader. I, in particular, adored the altruistic story of the kangaroo rat and the character of Kiko, who forms a perfect trio together with the two protagonists, Luna and Solis. I am very happy to have read The Princess and the Valley Man, and I (urgently) recommend it to all the young adults who usually find it difficult to concentrate on these topics. They will benefit from the change.

What a fantastic book! I recommend it to all families.
Loved the idea of that book. I am a big fan of national parks. Can’t wait for more books to come.
