Author Biography

Donald B. Carroll spent his career working in Fire & Rescue, as a firefighter/paramedic, company officer, district chief, and an academy instructor. During those 30+ years, he raised a family and pursued the meaning of life through extended study into scientific, spiritual, and philosophical materials. He has been a regular speaker and writer of metaphysical topics, ancient culture symbolism, and a tour leader to many of the ancient sites he has written about. Much of his research includes spiritual symbolism and how it is shared across cultures and incorporated in sacred sites for the same perennial purpose.

By looking into the journey of ancient peoples and how they evolved their civilizations, The Spirit of Light Cubit aims to find messages, especially spiritual ones, that can help the present age in different ways. Author Donald B. Carroll believes there's more to humanity than science and physiology, namely that which is consciousness, and what inspires and motivates us beyond survival. The book explores different ancient phenomena: clues from the Great Pyramid in Egypt and the Kukulkan (El Castillo) in Mexico; the Egyptian serpent Deity Nehebu-Kau; and recent discoveries in Botswana that shed new light on symbolism and consciousness, plus lots more. The Spirit of Light Cubit will help readers raise their consciousness and embrace "the spiritual in the physical".

Some societies are more advanced than others due to one thing: shared knowledge through books. The Spirit of Light Cubit brings our attention to how not only the physical but also the spiritual can be advanced further by looking deeper into ancient cultures and lost civilizations, finding clues for achieving a worldwide utopia in the future. Prepare for a thorough, intellectual, and enriching experience as Donald B. Carroll shares his findings with the use of academic archaeological research, awe-inspiring pictures, and quotes from the Bible and other related books. I never considered linking the way our minds work with how we view time before reading the book. In short, Donald B. Carroll's book has broadened my scope and broken down my cognitive limitations in different ways. Readers who love books about ancient civilizations or wish to discover more about humanity's spiritual history will certainly love The Spirit of Light Cubit.
