Author Biography

Julia H. Sun is a health consultant and leading expert on a complete system of energy healing that includes energy-enhanced diet, exercise, and ways of life. She is the founder of The Total Life Energy Plan.
Julia grew up in China and has lived in the United States for over two decades. She has experienced both Eastern and Western systems of medicines and healthcare.
Julia is a passionate researcher. She has researched life energy, health, longevity, and the use of natural and holistic self-care for years. Her research has enabled her to radically improve her health and heal her health problems, some of which were severe.
Julia wants to share her research on food, exercise, life energy, and lifestyle to improve the health of as many people as possible. She provides health consultation, training, and energy healing. She also gives presentations on food and diet, exercises, lifestyles, weight management, energy healing, self-healing, and health maintenance.
Julia has studied Traditional Chinese Medicine. She has diverse training and experience in the field of energy healing, as well as working experience in academia, healthcare, research, and business management.
