Toddler Books: The Green Twins (Twins Stories) by Yael Manor is a delightful story that revolves around the relevant theme of recycling everyday discards like milk cartons, egg cartons, empty soap bottles and much more. Ethan and Emma are twins. Their mother collects jam jars, milk cartons, egg cartons and the usual stuff that has to be discarded, and teaches them how to recycle these items. They go to the recycling center and they decide to do it every day, along with others who join them in this daily chore. It is an amazing book for kids that will teach them to clear out the recyclable things in their house and keep it clean. And by recycling items, they save Planet Earth and provide a clean environment.

The book is perfect for kids because it conveys a useful message that is relevant. It is interesting to note that they plan going to the recycling center daily and they are joined by others on the way. The illustrations are bright and colorful and add movement and life to the scenes. It is a good story for bedtime reading and is also in classrooms for read aloud sessions. The book is an excellent learning tool that will teach children about recycling effectively. The importance of keeping the home clean and involving the kids in day to day activities are two good messages in the book. The book also teaches the kids to do these in a methodical manner, making it look easy and simple.
