Unbranded: Montana Bred Series Book 1 by Linda Bradley follows the whirlwind life of Chloe McIntyre, a young woman who dreams of being the co-CEO of her grandfather’s ranch. However, in an unexpected twist of fate, she finds herself pregnant. Not having planned for this at all, Chloe must make a decision about her little surprise and figure out a way to convince her father that she should co-run the ranch with him. Can her love for the ranch and its beautiful animals save her from what seems to be a series of unfortunate events and can Chloe overcome the hardships that await her?
Unbranded by Linda Bradley is a story filled with emotion. From the get-go, you experience some really intense moments with Chloe and things just pile up as you go. The beauty of it all is that you get to see her overcome each of these unexpected circumstances and events that come her way. Chloe is truly the perfect example of a strong female lead which I love, especially since it contrasts with the setting of the story. The writing and character development within Unbranded were beautifully done and really allow you to become immersed in the story. I found it hard to put this book down once I started reading it. It has a bit of everything for everyone and definitely has its own unique points which make the story so great. Overall, I think this book is well worth a read for any fan of the genre and I encourage other readers to pick this up; you won’t be disappointed.
