Wickedly They Dream (The Wickedly Series Book 2) by Cathrina Constantine is part two of a fantasy series. After the sorcerer, Asa Trebane, died, Jordan thought she would be able to move on with her life, but it wasn’t to be. A new Supreme Leader is needed for the Black Order of the Cult, and Lucifer is the one who will decide. Jordan’s mother, Seeley, has been possessed. The priests cannot defeat the curse, leaving Jordan to do something she really doesn’t want to do – team up with a bad witch to help save her family. Her guardian Angel is not there to help her and she must now fight without him by her side. Jordan just wants her old, normal life back, but first she must defeat the evil.
Wickedly They Dream (The Wickedly Series Book 2) by Cathrina Constantine is a great read and it is perfectly written for its audience. This is a fantasy story, but it also contains a number of real life messages that are wound through it, things we can all learn from sometimes, even as adults. The storyline was good, it had plenty of go in it, and the character development was strong, carrying on from the previous book. Although this is a series, I felt that this one contained enough information for me to be able to pick up what had happened in the first book. There were plenty of twists and turns, a little bit of romance, and lots of action, all the ingredients of a rocking good read. Hoping there is a third to the series?
