A Divine Intervention: Revelations about Life and Death by Sharon Wagner is an intriguing nonfiction spiritual memoir. In this book, the author shares her encounters with six spirit guides. The first was Jacob, whom she met when she had already planned her suicide. The meeting was life-altering as Sharon changed her mind regarding ending her life after the meeting. On life and death, Jacob discussed energy, and life, and expounded on life's purpose. The second was Robert, who discussed the first level of the Spirit Realm. The third was Rebecca who used properties of water to explain the transformation of humans from the Spirit Realm to the Physical Realm and back again. The fourth was Matthew who gave a deeper explanation of the Spirit Realm. The fifth was Benjamin who compared plant life with human life. The sixth was Francis who compared animal and human behaviors. All these are in Part I of the book. In Part II, Sharon shares eighteen personal spiritual stories.

I found Sharon Wagner’s accounts in A Divine Intervention to be absolutely fascinating since I too am a spiritual author with spiritual experiences. To my astonishment, much of what Sharon shares is in congruence with what I believe. I suppose even for me, reading and reviewing A Divine Intervention might be considered a divine intervention in itself. While this book is well written, I found the information on life and death to be so profound that I had to read it again. A Divine Intervention by Sharon Wagner is simply a gem for those who want to live spiritually in the physical world.

Divine Intervention: Revelations About Life and Death starts with author Sharon Wagner's plan to commit suicide at the age of nineteen. The plan was well thought out, yet she continued to seek answers about life and death. One fateful night, she believes that something miraculous happened. Her first spirit guide intervened in a dream and took this as an opportunity to change her mind by explaining the basic principles of a Higher Divine power, energy, life, and transformation and how each of us can be compared to radio stations. She subsequently had more dreams where she met five other spirit guides. The first part ends by having her first spiritual guide tell her about the purpose of life and the role of the ego in helping us fulfill it. The second part of the book presents eighteen personal stories that corroborate and confirm the knowledge and wisdom revealed by her guides in her special dreams that she found to be an uplifting spiritual experience.

By using simple language and terms in telling her stories, dreams, and experiences, readers can grasp and understand the book with no difficulty. It is uncomplicated, logical, and clear. The material is relatable and easy to appreciate. The author creates an ambiance to help readers visualize what she is talking about. The content and style of Sharon Wagner's writing also create a sense of calmness mainly because of the author’s optimistic view and attitude toward death and transition. By sharing some common experiences that many people go through, especially during times of stress or loss, she creates an impression of familiarity and comfort. Such skill is important especially when relaying insightful messages or encouraging a reader to reinterpret one’s life existence in a more meaningful and purposeful light. Divine Intervention: Revelations About Life and Death is a well-written, eye-opening memoir. Highly recommended for both denominational and non-denominational readers who are in a continuous process of finding truth amidst the doubts and questions that they still have about existence, life purpose, intuition, and spirituality.

A Divine Intervention: Revelations about Life and Death is a work of non-fiction in the memoir, spiritual writing, and inspirational genres. It is best suited to the general adult reading audience. Penned by author Sharon Wagner, this moving work unveils a transformative journey from despair to enlightenment as the author recounts her encounter with spirit guides who revealed profound insights about existence. At the brink of suicide, Sharon's life takes a miraculous turn when her spirit guide intervenes, leading her to the Other Side where she discovers the interconnectedness of past lives and the purpose of existence. Through Part One, six teachers/guides impart timeless wisdom about the soul, God, and the significance of life's lessons. Part Two further illuminates these revelations through personal spiritual narratives, validating the profound impact of Sharon's extraordinary experience.

Author Sharon Wagner puts her whole heart and soul into crafting an awe-inspiring odyssey into the depths of spiritual enlightenment. The clear and candid style of the narrative drew me into her tumultuous journey right from the start, from the brink of despair to profound illumination in a true-life story that rivals the plot of any spiritual fantasy novel. The vivid descriptions of her encounters with spirit guides transported me to the ethereal realm, where expanding wisdom unfolded to her with poignant clarity and is described to us with equally clear and confident prose. The organization of the two-part structure allows us to build on ideas slowly and makes it easier for those less familiar with the spiritual world to understand her experiences and approach to faith and hope. Overall, A Divine Intervention offers readers a hopeful reminder of the enduring presence of guidance in the face of life's darkest moments. I’d recommend it as an enlightening read to the spiritually minded everywhere.

A Divine Intervention: Revelations about Life and Death is an inspirational work by Sharon Wagner, revealing timeless wisdom and answering questions about life and death in the physical and spiritual realms. Sharon's life-changing journey began in the late 1960s as a newly enrolled first-year college student. From the outside, she seemed ready to take on the world and all its challenges. But deep inside, she felt no one would or could understand her deep feelings. Each new day brought untold pain, struggle, and disappointment to her emotional self until she always saw and felt the negative side of life. At nineteen, she secretly decided to end it all! But before she took her own life, she felt deeply compelled to talk to someone about her inner turmoil. That fateful night, a spiritual being intervened and spoke to Sharon about her idealistic feelings, dreams, disappointments, plans, and past lives where she similarly took her own life. He then took her to a higher dimensional world within the spiritual realm, where unforgettable, peaceful, and comforting feelings of pure divine unconditional love reigned. Her life was never the same again.

I strongly believe that though life is a complex journey and quite different for everyone, we all have unique gifts to offer each other along the winding path of life's journey. Sharon Wagner's divine experience and heartfelt personal stories encourage the reader to give love, compassion, and forgiveness while still in the physical realm and embrace the transformational power of change. Her first-hand experience of the unseen, "why we are here at this very moment," and its significance in the bigger picture rises above science, time, and space to enlighten, comfort, and remind us just how much we are infinitely treasured and loved unconditionally by God, the Source Energy. Throughout the pages, there is a unique and moving insight into the energies of the body, their deep connection to the unseen Spiritual Realm (the soul's real home), and guidance to achieve strength and wisdom even in the face of hardship. If you seek to understand the meaning of life, its purpose, and why and how things have come to be, check out Divine Intervention. It'll help you find the deep connection of the soul to the Divine presence and love of God within your heart. And remember, "You are a spiritual being, having a temporary human experience."

A Divine Intervention by Sharon Wagner shares her journey of self-discovery when attempting suicide during her first semester of college. At the time, she recalls wishing she had someone to talk to about her feelings. Upon falling asleep, she dreamt of several divine guides who walked with her through picturesque environments and taught her about the meaning of life and its connection to death and beyond. Wagner explores reincarnation, self-awareness, meditation, and self-actualization. In part one of the book, she takes readers along on her spiritual journey and shares the teachings of her divine guides, and in part two, she shows how these teachings materialized in her life. The book explores how we can all embrace life and be fearless in the face of death.

A Divine Intervention by Sharon Wagner is a delightful, elevating, and refreshing read. Wagner shares details of a deep and dark time in her life but uplifts and inspires by beautifully articulating the spiritual experience that made her choose a different path. Though suicide is a distressing topic, Wagner makes the narrative light, easy to read, and captivating. You can relate to Wagner's search for meaning and the moments she identified as miracles or signs from her spiritual guides. Even though Wagner attempted suicide early in life, she approaches the deaths of her family members with maturity, a deep understanding, and a peaceful mindset. It is clear that the various spiritual teachings are all well-researched, and her opinions are well-informed. I enjoyed reading this inspiring book.
