Written in adorable child-friendly rhyme and presented in a distinct, large-size font, the story is perfectly tailored for young readers and their guardians. I liked how love for Klaus filled every page of this book. The full-page color illustrations by Faith Bianca were fabulous - they perfectly supported every scene and truly brought Klaus to life in all his fun, mischievous nature. In addition, the song and an animated cartoon about Klaus on YouTube were a great add-on to the story. All in all, it was a fantastic experience for me as a dog-loving adult, and I look forward to reading this book with my toddler grandson. I highly recommend this enchanting book to preschool children and their parents.
