"What is the meaning of life? What is the nature of existence? Who am I?" If you have had similar questions to these, Apotheosis Now attempts to shatter the existing belief system you have built to unveil a much greater intelligence that’s already within you, which will eventually flourish and start to take over your life. Both the so-called winners and losers in the game of life only feel more suffering the more they play, but some still believe the other side, or the winning side, is greener. Yanhao Huang exposes the falsehood in the belief that happiness exists in the next achievement. The author points out the merits of living in the present instead of dwelling on past hurts or thinking the best life exists in the future by discussing several profound subjects: the Nature of Existence, Dissolving Layers of Trapped Emotions, the Conflicted Mind, Ego’s Defence Mechanisms and more.

Apotheosis Now is definitely the best self-help book I've read this year. I had to bookmark several sections because I was blown away by the different revelations and how much they made sense to me as I examined myself. While reading the book, it gradually separated me from the perceptions I had of myself due to society; it was a greatly relieving and freeing experience. I enjoyed the carefully constructed sentences, the relatable examples, and the quotes from great names like Sadhguru, Jiddu Krishnamurti, Mahatma Gandhi, the Buddha, and more. Warning! Some arguments in the book may not go down well with people who have certain religious beliefs. In conclusion, if you wish to have life work for you rather than against you, I recommend you read Apotheosis Now.

Apotheosis Now: Rabbit Hole to the Beyond by Yanhao Huang is an engaging book that helps to break an existing belief system that readers have built to unveil a much greater intelligence that already exists within them. The book is a good manual to bring about an evolution in readers' psyches which will help them work in tandem with the universal energy instead of going against it. Many tips and suggestions shared will shatter the opinions and beliefs of readers, and show them their own distortions and disturbances. The tools and techniques are useful when it comes to self-improvement. This philosophical and thought-provoking book looks at a lot of conventional beliefs and ideas and challenges them.

Reading Apotheosis Now is a good path to self-improvement and Yanhao Huang tackles the topic with expertise, inspiring and motivating readers to make positive changes in the way they think and perceive life. The book is not only about the author's philosophy but he also shares insights and quotes from other individuals to help readers work on themselves using this guidance. I liked the author's approach to a topic that has been often discussed. What makes the book interesting is the refreshing and original manner in which he has dealt with it. The author speaks about ego, phantom relationships,  true love, the conflicted mind, and other topics that will make readers analyze themselves and also discover what true apotheosis means.

The road to self-discovery can be a treacherous one, especially if you have never attempted to understand yourself better or this or that guru has confused you. Yanhao Huang's Apotheosis Now is a book that helps you clarify your ideas in this mess. Through persuasive arguments and thorough analysis, Huang shows you that it is not enough to change your mind to have results (as we often hear), but you have much more work to do on a deeper level. Apotheosis Now aims at improving your life by breaking your system of beliefs so that you can transform yourself from a psychological point of view.

I have read many books about how we can improve ourselves and live better lives, but none of those can be compared to Apotheosis Now. I literally could not stop reading it because I needed to know it all at once. Yanhao Huang has given us a lot to think about, and if we want to live better, he clearly shows us what is wrong and whence to start to fix it. His concepts are challenging and made me think I needed to revise my system of beliefs to become what I want to be. I especially like how he stresses that we are not separate from our environment. Also, his considerations about past, future, and especially present are very interesting and impactful. My way of thinking will no longer be the same, thanks to Apotheosis Now. Now, it is my turn to apply what I have learned, and I invite you to do the same.

All around the Western world, the majority of the population is struggling to play the game of life while searching for happiness and a sense of belonging. Many people also ponder the question, 'Is success the ultimate meaning of happiness?' If this is the case why is the feeling of contentment short-lived once we achieve the desired goal? Unlike other self-help books, Apotheosis Now by Yanhao Huang will challenge many of the beliefs and concepts we have been taught from our earliest interactions. We also unravel the most profound philosophical questions such as Who are we? How do we discover our life's purpose? Does God exist? Does Karma exist? and How do we get what I want? This guide also delves into how a person's sense of self and identity are developed from childhood. Using the teachings of some of the greatest thinkers throughout history, you will gain a deeper understanding of the human mind and why our concept of happiness and success is clouded and distorted. Discover a more intelligent way to play this game we call life.

Apotheosis Now by Yanhao Huang is unlike any other self-help guide I have read because it not only highlights how to improve your thought processes but why we self-sabotage ourselves voluntarily. I was fascinated by the section on the Law Of Attraction and how Huang dissected the inconsistencies. He made some valid points that explained why thinking alone will not manifest what you want. He delves deeply into how the mind processes information too which I found absolutely compelling. The chapters The Egos Mask and The Phantom Identity were truly fascinating and definitely the most helpful for me. I also found his explanation of the ego extremely insightful and will help anyone on their path toward enlightenment and self-fulfillment. Although there are many philosophical aspects to the guide, Huang explains everything so beautifully and simply. The section on dissolving the layers of trapped emotions and the exercises provided a great deal of self-awareness and explained why many people continually make toxic choices. The contents of this guide are so uplifting, comforting, and definitely give you a sense of liberation and empowerment over your negative thoughts and behaviors.

Apotheosis Now: Rabbit Hole to the Beyond by Yanhao Huang is a powerful book that articulates the problem of self-transformation from a fresh perspective. Why is it that we put more work into transforming ourselves, finding happiness, succeeding in life, yet we remain disillusioned, broken, and hollow? This book offers a surprising answer: We have been struggling hard and putting effort into addressing the wrong thing. The question to ask is: Who are we, really? In a relatable and inclusive voice, the author drills down to the fundamental change that needs to happen for anyone to experience happiness, to feel at one with themselves, and to enjoy the freedom of living their best lives.

Philosophical in nature and compelling in its arguments, this book discusses the one important ingredient that needs to be improved before any effort can yield the right fruits — we have to know the real person that is in us, the one that must be transformed. This book will open the reader’s eyes to the illusions they make about happiness, because they have grown up in a culture that equates real happiness with external factors. The author warns that we will always feel the same internally if we address this important question from outside. It is inner work that explores who we really are. The author recalls that as children joy was spontaneous and pervasive, but as grownups, it occurs only in brief moments when our conditions are aligned with our expectations and then it quickly disappears when these conditions and expectations change.

Apotheosis Now: Rabbit Hole to the Beyond tells readers what they need to address in order to authentically grow to their full potential; it re-defines “who” and “what” we are, and proposes an incontestable path to self-transformation. This book has a message that will help readers reconnect to their deeper sense of self; it will inspire shifts in perspective while providing incredible tools for the change that really matters.

Apotheosis Now: Rabbit Hole to the Beyond by Yanhao Huang

This is one of best self-improvement books that I have read so far this year. The book presents the notions in a simple and straightforward way. Yanhao, in this book gently nudges the reader into his thought line and feeds just the right kind and amount of information that triggers the reader to probe deeper into self-discovery. This is a book that needs to be savored slowly with adequate time to reflect upon some of the deep concepts – such as Ego’s defence mechanism, Breaking identification, Dissolving layers of Trapped Emotions and so on.

Most of us would carve our life either by carrying the burden of our past on our shoulders or the worry about our future, but this book emphasizes the importance of “living in the present”. It takes you through a journey of realizing your consciousness, and helps the reader explore an answer to the question – Who am I? The path of how to meditate has been beautifully articulated.

I particularly liked the extracts, quotes from popular sources of knowledge reservoirs, and prominent personalities that are sprinkled in all the relevant places throughout the book.

This book surely challenges the traditional belief system including a very popular hypothesis of manifesting what you want by just visualization! For all those who are in constant pursuit of happiness, this book is highly recommended, though you may not agree with every single approach, every approach will make you stop and analyze your approach to life!

Happy reading!
