The world appears to be operating with a deficit. In today's society, we are encountering several facets of cycles: good and bad, as well as highs and lows. It is a daily challenge not to allow yourself to get sucked into the vortex that's being channeled all around you, from social media and other media outlets to those closest to you. Get inspired, motivated, and refocused by reading Awaken To Your Truth: The Time Is Now by Joanna Alexopoulos. Being intentional about how you set your day and live your life is essential. Having the right tools, resources, and people who share the same ideas is key. The author's journey and experiences became the catalyst for which this book was created. She sees this as a platform of humility and gratitude that is being shared with others in getting what they need for their lives. As the author states: "There is no time like the present to be in the remembrance that you are in complete control of your lives. You can move forward knowing that there is nothing that you cannot be, do, or have." Her statement is profound because the world will have you believe that if certain things are not part of or happening within your life that you're nothing and you're lacking. In this book, you will discover your own truth.
I enjoyed reading Awaken To Your Truth: The Time Is Now by Joanna Alexopoulos because it represented everyone. Regardless of your belief system, there are fundamental truths from letting go, embracing the right things, loving yourself and others, and being grateful to executing the faith of humility. In Awaken To Your Truth, no stone is left unturned. The best authors that create books or resources on self-help, inspiration, and motivation are those that are transparent to the reader, live what they teach, and reveal their solutions. We each have a different yet unique journey but despite it all, there are similarities. This book is equipped to help you walk through your process knowing that you're not alone. The poems throughout add an element to soothe the soul. If you're struggling through some tough times especially during the holidays and the COVID pandemic, this book is a must.
