Full of positive thoughts and good views, this book is refreshing, motivational and uplifting, and a gift for all those who are looking forward to transforming their thinking and thus moving towards a fulfilling life.

The 'Time to Weigh In' exercises after each chapter are helpful, encouraging readers to reflect upon what they have read, and to put down their thoughts to contemplate and also incorporate into their lives. Balance in our lives will help us achieve a sense of freedom and calmness, enabling everyone to make successful decisions.
