Drawing from her life experiences, Angel K. Will presents a collection of emotionally resonant poetic narratives in Beauty of the Slow Drip. "Glimmer of Hope" is an inspirational poem encouraging readers to hold onto the last remnants of hope in the face of adversity. "Black Wings" reminds us to look for the light and find the courage to rise every time we fall. "Dry" assures readers that God will find them when everything seems lost. Everything is possible with unwavering faith, aptly shown through the poem "To Believe." "Whirlwind" shows how the release of pent-up emotions can help a person find meaning and purpose. "The Peace That Transcends" is an illuminating poem about God keeping us grounded amid the chaos of the world. "Souvenir" focuses on the three most important things in life.

Angel K. Will takes readers on a transformative journey of healing with this enthralling poetry collection. Despite the underlying themes of grief and loss, the poems in Beauty of the Slow Drip inspire hope and resilience. In between the poems, Will also tells stories from her childhood, especially about her relationship with her beloved aunt, through powerful poetic narratives that leave their mark on the very corners of your soul. These poems tackle some heavy themes and topics, yet, after finishing the book, you come away with a feeling of hope and optimism for a better tomorrow. Will's storytelling is nothing short of brilliant, and it's complemented by her unique poetic flair that is both fresh and authentic. In conclusion, it's a collection I thoroughly enjoyed, and I highly recommend it to all poetry lovers!
